DATES AND RATES:

Designed for DMACC students, Campus View Apartments' rental agreement offers a school year lease - unlike traditional apartment complexes that require a 12-month lease. In addition, for those students who attend DMACC during the Summer Semester or Internships, we have short term rentals available. The move-in dates allow you to move furniture into the apartment and get settled before classes begin.

While you are registering for classes at DMACC, we encourage you to visit Campus View Apartments. We ask that you call ahead to make sure someone will be here to welcome you!
