DATES AND RATES:

Designed for DMACC students, Campus View offers a Full term Lease or a a Short term lease.  Our full term lease starts August 17, 2012 and ends August 12, 2013. Our short term lease also starts August 17, 2012 but it ends May 12, 2013. With a short term lease students will have to pay a short term lease fee which is equal to one months rent. The rental rates and utility fee are per month per student. The deposit is due along with the application fee when the application and co-signer application is submitted to our office.
