APPLICATION FORM:

Students can complete the student application by clicking on the link below. If a student does not meet the rental criteria a co-signer may fill out the Co-signor application by clicking on the link above. Please submit both applications, application fee, and deposit as soon as possible to reserve your room.  We still have housing for this summer available too so call to get the pricing. You may mail everything to 2030 S. DMACC Blvd. Ankeny Iowa 50023 or bring them into our office also located at the address given.
